About the role

The Four Seasons hotel in Kuwait City is seeking a motivated Bakery Demi Chef De Partie to join its culinary team. Working in a luxury five‑star environment, you will assist in producing a wide range of breads, pastries, cakes and desserts that meet the brand’s high standards of quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and baking breads, pastries, cakes and desserts according to established recipes.
• Maintain consistent product quality, presentation and freshness across all bakery items.
• Support inventory management, stock rotation, ordering and cost control while minimizing waste.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the work area.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth daily operations and timely production.
• Contribute ideas for new menu items and seasonal specialties.
• Assist in training and developing junior team members as required.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Demi Chef De Partie in a bakery or luxury hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and COSHH regulations.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Passion for pastry and baking.
