Barista – Chocolate Bar

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our Chocolate Bar in Salmiya. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming, clean environment for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to Chocolate Bar standards and recipes within the required time.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all preparations.
• Wash, sterilize, and organize glassware, bottles, and workstations.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including thorough cleaning, labeling, and waste management.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and report any equipment issues to the Branch Manager.
• Ensure attractive presentation of beverages and respond positively to customer inquiries.
• Assist with additional tasks assigned by branch or floor managers.

Required profile

• Positive and professional attitude with strong commitment and work ethic.
• Excellent preparation and serving skills.
• Good written and spoken English communication.
• Knowledge of beverage recipes, health, and safety standards.
• Clean, presentable appearance with a focus on customer service.
