About the role

We are looking for a passionate, customer‑focused Barista to join our dynamic coffee shop team in Kuwait. As the face of the outlet, you will create exceptional experiences for every guest while showcasing deep knowledge of coffee and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to all customers.
• Explain and recommend coffee products, brewing equipment, and accessories.
• Prepare high‑quality espresso drinks, pour‑overs, and specialty beverages.
• Maintain expertise on coffee origins, brewing methods, and equipment features.
• Actively promote retail products and upsell complementary items.

Required profile

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
