Blaster Painter – Oil & Gas Projects

About the role

Seagull International LLP is seeking an experienced Blaster Painter to join long‑term oil and gas projects in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for surface preparation, blasting and painting tasks within industrial environments, ensuring high‑quality finishes and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform surface preparation, abrasive blasting and coating application on steel structures and equipment.
• Follow project specifications and coating procedures to achieve required finish quality.
• Maintain and operate blasting and painting equipment safely.
• Inspect work for defects and ensure adherence to industrial safety regulations.
• Coordinate with site teams to meet project schedules and quality standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in the GCC, preferably in oil & gas, construction or fabrication workshops.
• Hands‑on experience with blasting and painting processes.
• Good knowledge of surface preparation and coating techniques.
• Ability to work safely in industrial settings and follow safety protocols.
