Boiler Technical Advisor – Visa Sponsorship – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑ to senior‑level Boiler Technical Advisor to lead the rehabilitation of a large‑scale thermal power plant in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The role focuses on overseeing all boiler‑related site activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high‑quality execution while providing visa sponsorship for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination with all stakeholders.
• Oversee on‑site boiler works, guaranteeing compliance with technical and safety standards.
• Manage materials, equipment, and documentation for mechanical activities.
• Monitor construction progress, identify issues, and report to the Project Manager.
• Support quality control, cost monitoring, and supplier coordination.
• Maintain project records and assist in reporting.
• Identify risks and support mitigation actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in boiler erection and installation.
• Strong hands‑on experience with boiler systems.
• Technical knowledge of boiler components such as drum, water‑wall panels, superheater, economizer, and ducting.
• Proven ability to lead site activities and make technical decisions.
