About the role
Reborn, a provider of education and training services, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its Kuwait City branch. The role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving staff performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage all branch activities, including administration, sales, and service delivery.
- Monitor and improve staff performance through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve client issues promptly.
- Prepare and analyse operational reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in branch or operations management.
- Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to effectively manage daily branch activities.
- Current residence in Kuwait.
