Branch Manager – Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead one of our restaurant locations in Salmiya, Kuwait. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring high standards of service and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant branch.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team to meet operational and sales targets.
• Maintain excellent customer service and uphold service standards.
• Monitor sales, food cost, labor cost, wastage and overall profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations and company SOPs.
• Handle staff scheduling, attendance, performance management and disciplinary actions.
• Address customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Implement initiatives to boost sales and improve branch performance.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, product quality and presentation.
• Prepare and track branch KPIs and operational reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Restaurant or Branch Manager.
• Strong background in F&B or restaurant operations within Kuwait or the GCC.
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of restaurant P&L, food cost, labor cost and sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Preference for Lebanese candidates and residents currently living in Kuwait.
