Brand Manager – Restaurant (Local Brand)

About the role

The Brand Manager will oversee the brand performance of multiple restaurant outlets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, high quality standards, and strong customer experience. This role combines strategic brand development with hands‑on operational oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of assigned restaurants, ensuring compliance with brand standards, hygiene, safety, and quality.
• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business objectives and target markets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for brand differentiation.
• Define the brand’s value proposition, positioning, and personality for each restaurant concept.
• Collaborate with executive, operations, culinary, and marketing teams to align brand initiatives with overall restaurant vision.
• Create and oversee marketing collateral, digital content, and social‑media campaigns that reflect the brand identity.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and recommend optimisations to maximise ROI.
• Ensure SOPs are followed across all outlets, recommend innovative solutions, and manage staffing schedules and performance.
• Visit outlets regularly to assess sales, profit, and operational practices, taking corrective actions to meet targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret market data and campaign results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage resources, and drive operational excellence.
