Business Development Engineer – Oil & Gas

About the role

Landcorr Energy is seeking a motivated Business Development Engineer to expand its presence in the oil & gas and industrial sectors in Kuwait. The role combines technical understanding with sales expertise to generate new opportunities and strengthen client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in oil & gas, EPC, and industrial services.
• Develop and qualify leads, preparing quotations and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to align solutions with customer requirements.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and follow‑up on enquiries, RFQs, and tenders.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and achieve defined sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum three years of experience in business development, technical sales, or related roles.
• Familiarity with oil & gas, EPC, industrial services, maintenance, coating/lining, blasting, or painting sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
• Existing contacts within Kuwait’s oil & gas and industrial markets are an advantage.
