Business Development Executive (Fresher) – Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Kuwait. This entry‑level position offers a great opportunity for recent graduates to develop sales skills, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities through market analysis, networking and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, prospects and partners.
• Create customized sales pitches, presentations and proposals to showcase our products and services.
• Meet sales targets and drive revenue growth through new business development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Sales and Commercial Operations, to shape business strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts and sales activities.
• Participate in regular sales meetings and team‑building activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Recent graduate or professional with 0‑2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
