Business Procurement Specialist

About the role

We are looking for experienced Business Procurement Specialists to support our procurement operations initially in Kuwait and later on a project in the UAE. The role involves managing the full procurement cycle, building supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct supplier sourcing, inquiries, price comparisons, and commercial negotiations in Kuwait and the UAE.
• Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, including obtaining quotations, evaluating suppliers, and coordinating procurement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare procurement reports and maintain accurate procurement records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business negotiation and overseas procurement operations.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the Middle East procurement market, particularly Kuwait and the UAE.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to join immediately.
