Call Center Agent – Laundry Pickup & Delivery

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to join a leading laundry service in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. You will handle inbound calls and WhatsApp messages, processing pickup and delivery orders while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and WhatsApp messages professionally.
• Take and record laundry pickup and delivery orders.
• Coordinate with drivers and the operations team to schedule services.
• Follow up with customers on order status, complaints, and special requests.
• Enter customer and order details accurately into the system.
• Resolve customer issues politely and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with team members to support smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and good English communication skills.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Polite, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Availability for onsite work in Shuwaikh with flexible day or night shifts.
• Commitment to strict attendance and assigned shift timings.
