Call Center Agent – Laundry Pickup & Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a professional Call Center Agent to join our laundry service team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling phone and WhatsApp inquiries related to laundry pickup and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp messages courteously.
• Take and confirm laundry pickup and delivery orders.
• Coordinate order details with drivers and the operations team.
• Enter customer and order information accurately into the system.
• Follow up with customers on order status, complaints, and special requests.
• Resolve customer issues politely and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support efforts to increase order volume while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) and good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in a call centre or customer‑service environment is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Polite, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work onsite in Shuwaikh with flexible day or night shifts.
• Commitment to strict attendance and shift timings.
• Experience in laundry, delivery, or related customer service is a plus.
