Capital Market Operations Supervisor

About the role

ZAD is a fast‑growing, award‑winning fintech platform that offers Sharia‑compliant digital investment services. We are looking for a Capital Market Operations Supervisor to lead daily operational activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across our end‑to‑end processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational processes such as account openings, transactions, settlements, reconciliations and system updates.
• Monitor operational dashboards, service level agreements, workloads and team performance to meet quality and regulatory standards.
• Lead, mentor and allocate tasks to Operations Officers, providing coaching and regular quality reviews.
• Identify bottlenecks, resolve issues proactively and escalate high‑risk matters to management.
• Collaborate with Client Relations, Compliance, Finance, Product and Technology teams to ensure smooth execution of operational requests and support system testing, change management and feature rollouts.
• Maintain strict adherence to CMA regulations, internal SOPs, data‑security standards and audit‑ready documentation.
• Produce daily/weekly performance reports and manage rotating shift coverage.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations or a related field.
• 5‑8 years of operations experience in fintech, banking, brokerage, exchange or financial services.
• Proven experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, compliance and quality control.
