Chef de Partie – Kitchen Production Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and safety while supporting the production of our menu items.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, storage and handling to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Prevent food spoilage through daily checks and manage incoming and outgoing food items.
• Keep the senior Chef de Partie informed about equipment, work environment, staff issues and departmental relations.
• Prepare kitchen Mise en Place according to the production plan and business needs.
• Assist in developing new dishes and recipes, staying up‑to‑date with market trends.
• Maintain cleanliness of the assigned section, ensure equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly.
• Support other food production areas as required and perform any additional duties assigned by the Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Good communication skills to report issues and collaborate with team members.
• Willingness to adhere to health, safety and legal policies.
