Chief of Staff to Founding Partners

About the role

SV7, a Kuwait‑based group operating across the GCC and internationally, is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as the right hand to its founding partners. This high‑trust, high‑autonomy position offers direct exposure to strategic decisions across infrastructure, advisory, and digital commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the founding partners’ high‑level direction into concrete actions and make judgment calls in their absence.
• Own strategic projects end‑to‑end, including deal structuring, financial modeling, term‑sheet drafting, and decision validation.
• Lead business‑development initiatives: prepare briefs, manage partner and counter‑party relationships, and keep multi‑track projects progressing.
• Produce rigorous financial, commercial, and operational analyses to support major decisions.
• Anticipate risks and opportunities, surfacing them before they become urgent.
• Represent the founding partners at senior internal and external forums with discretion and professionalism.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker who uses systems thinking and anticipates second‑order effects.
• Strong financial and commercial fluency; comfortable building models and evaluating deal structures.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to shift from board‑level memos to vendor negotiations.
• Detail‑oriented, action‑driven, and capable of seeing initiatives through to completion.
• Extreme ownership and the ability to handle any task that lands on the desk.
• Generalist mindset with the ability to dive deep quickly across industries.
• Sound judgment, total discretion, and experience handling sensitive information.
• Background in consulting, banking, private equity, or a founder’s office is a strong plus.
