About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning operations across nine client sites in Kuwait. The role involves managing custodial teams, ensuring high hygiene standards, and overseeing daily cleaning activities.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and lead cleaning staff, assigning daily tasks and managing shift schedules.
Inspect site areas regularly to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and machinery.
Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.

Required profile

3+ years of experience in professional cleaning, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills in Hindi and English.
Transferable residency and must be based in Kuwait.
