Client Advisor - Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

CELINE, a French leather-goods, fashion and couture house founded in 1945 and part of the LVMH Group, is looking for a Client Advisor. Reporting to the Team Manager, the role plays a key part in driving sales and delivering an exceptional client experience while upholding the Maison's prestigious brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Business development: achieve and exceed sales targets, proactively engage clients, use cross-selling techniques and recommend complementary products.
• Team collaboration: support colleagues and help create a positive, motivating work environment.
• Client development: welcome, advise and provide personalised service, build lasting relationships through clienteling and encourage repeat purchases.
• Operations: follow internal procedures, take part in visual merchandising, restocking, transfers, after-sales service and inventory management.
• Image and brand: act as a brand ambassador, share the stories behind the products, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and personal presentation.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional experience in sales, within the fashion or luxury industry.
• Passion for luxury fashion and a deep understanding of CELINE's products, heritage and brand identity.
• Client-centric mindset, initiative, adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic retail environment.
• Strong ethical compass and commitment to compliance and corporate social responsibility.
