Client & Product Graduate Rotational Program (EMEA)

About the role

This 2.5‑year Graduate Rotational Programme gives recent graduates a front‑row seat to how a global investment firm builds client partnerships, designs investment products and drives innovation across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate between Client Business and Global Product Solutions teams, supporting relationship management and product development.
• Meet with institutional clients, manage meeting logistics, take notes and follow up on action items.
• Analyse market news and internal research to understand portfolio impacts.
• Use proprietary platforms such as Aladdin and relationship‑tracking tools to support client work.
• Collaborate on complex projects, turn data into actionable recommendations and communicate with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Recent university graduate with strong interest in finance and asset management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in teams and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to rotate across different functions and locations within Europe.

Required skills

• Experience or familiarity with the Aladdin investment‑management platform.
