CNC Machine Operator - Thermoforming Molds

About the role

The CNC Machine Operator will set up, run, and monitor CNC equipment to produce thermoforming mold components according to production drawings and quality standards. The role ensures safe operation, maintains equipment, and keeps the work area clean while meeting daily production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines based on production requirements.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and specifications.
• Load raw materials and oversee machining operations.
• Inspect finished parts using vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and report any malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to achieve targets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring tools.
• Basic knowledge of CNC programming is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
