Coffee Master / Head Roaster

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Coffee Master who will lead our roasting and beverage creation efforts. The role blends hands‑on coffee preparation, product innovation, and education for both customers and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Create and serve high‑quality coffee drinks using espresso, pour‑over, French press and other methods.
• Develop new coffee blends and signature drinks that match guest preferences and market trends.
• Educate customers and team members on coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing techniques.
• Conduct coffee tastings, cupping sessions, and training workshops.
• Monitor and manage inventory of beans, accessories, and related supplies.
• Assist with product selection, merchandising, and ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address product‑related inquiries.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a barista or coffee‑related role.
• Strong knowledge of coffee varieties, roasting processes, and brewing methods.
• Certification from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) or equivalent is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with a commitment to quality.
