About the role
We are looking for a Commis Chef to join our hotel kitchen in Kuwait City. You will help deliver consistent, high-quality food while providing courteous and efficient service to guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and plate dishes according to hotel standards and Hyatt International guidelines.
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout food preparation.
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and ensure timely service.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or 2 years as an apprentice in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Basic culinary knowledge and strong understanding of hygiene practices.
