About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Commis Chefs (Levels I, II, and III) to become part of our vibrant kitchen team. This role offers hands‑on experience across a diverse menu that includes Continental, Grill, Sushi, Bakery, and Pastry dishes, providing a solid foundation for a career in the culinary world.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a wide range of menu items.
- Maintain strict kitchen hygiene and food‑safety standards.
- Collaborate with senior chefs on plating, presentation, and menu development.
- Support daily inventory checks and stock management.
- Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
- Help keep workstations and kitchen areas clean and organized.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a professional kitchen.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Strong willingness to learn new techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
