Compliance and Quality Manager (Kuwait)

About the role

The role supports the Deputy Director of Safety, Standards, Quality and Environment in delivering contracted services, focusing on compliance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and achieving quality and environmental objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality and environmental management processes across the operation.
• Develop, deliver and manage all quality manuals and related documentation.
• Apply the ISO 9001 Quality Management System framework to drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare for and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 10002 and ISO 14001 certifications.
• Assess and validate procedures to maintain high quality standards within the IMS.
• Monitor and report on QMS performance for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate a competent workforce aligned with delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate quality and compliance audits of contracted suppliers.
• Represent the unit in international, regional and national compliance meetings.
• Analyse legislative changes and advise on impact to products and services.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing quality and environmental management systems in a regulated environment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 10002 and ISO 14001 standards and certification processes.
• Ability to lead continuous‑improvement initiatives and audit activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
