About the role
The Concrete Batching Plant Manager will lead the plant's technical, operational, and commercial performance, ensuring consistent production of high‑quality concrete while driving profitability and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end batching operations, quality control, workforce management and delivery scheduling.
- Secure new supply contracts, maintain client relationships and achieve production, sales and financial targets.
- Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental and operational standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven managerial experience in a concrete batching plant or ready‑mix concrete operation.
- Strong business development capability and client‑management skills.
Required skills
- Concrete mix design knowledge.
- Batching process expertise.
- Quality control standards for concrete production.
- Cost control, budgeting and cash‑flow forecasting.
- Plant profitability management.
