Coordinator I - Logistics

About the role

The Logistics Coordinator I supports transport and dispatch operations by overseeing daily material movements, monitoring contractor performance, and maintaining accurate records of dispatches and equipment usage. Reporting to the Department Head, the role ensures that rebar dispatch, internal transfers, and hired equipment utilization are executed smoothly according to approved procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily material movements and transport schedules.
• Monitor contractor execution and validate related documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date dispatch logs and equipment records.
• Assist in routine dispatch, transport, and equipment activities following approved instructions.
• Escalate any operational deviations, disputes, cost discrepancies, or non‑routine issues to the Department Head.

Required profile

• Ability to follow detailed operational instructions and schedules.
• Attention to detail for accurate record‑keeping.
• Good communication skills for liaising with contractors and internal teams.
• Capability to work under supervision and escalate issues appropriately.
