Country Manager – P&L & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Country Manager to own the full P&L and overall management of our operations in Kuwait. The role leads the local team, including Commercial Directors, to drive revenue growth, operational excellence and market expansion across production, agency, studio and activation services.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for market revenue, gross margin, EBITDA and cash flow, delivering against annual budget and growth targets.
• Oversee Commercial Directors, ensure pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy and support key client meetings and deal closures.
• Lead, coach and develop the local leadership team, managing talent, performance and organisational health.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with factory/production, design and finance to meet quality, cost and timeline commitments.
• Plan production allocation across the market’s factories, making make‑vs‑buy decisions and optimising capacity, cost, lead time and margin.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience with proven P&L responsibility.
• Strong background in manufacturing, retail production or branding industries.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑functional teams and drive commercial performance.
