About the role

Ruba is a fintech focused on simplifying tuition fee payments across schools, nurseries and universities. As a Customer Operations Coordinator you will ensure a smooth journey for parents and partners, overseeing applications, communications and onboarding.

Key responsibilities

Oversee processing of parent applications from submission to final approval.
Manage and resolve escalated parent inquiries across all channels.
Coordinate with educational institutions and partners to fulfil application requirements.
Onboard and activate partner accounts, ensuring KYC documentation is complete.
Support partner transfers and maintain accurate records.
Maintain daily records of customer interactions and identify recurring issues for process improvement.

Required profile

3+ years of experience in operations, administration or customer support (fintech or startup experience a plus).
Excellent command of both English and Arabic.
Strong communication and organizational skills, proactive and adaptable.
