Customer Service Agent

About the role

MyHome, a Kuwait‑based mobile application for home care services, is looking for a full‑time Customer Service Agent to join its on‑site team in Al Asimah. You will be the first point of contact for users, handling inquiries through phone, WhatsApp and the in‑app chat, and ensuring a smooth experience with the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and in‑app chats.
• Provide clear information about MyHome’s services and app features.
• Resolve customer issues, process service requests and bookings.
• Update and maintain customer records in the CRM/ticketing system.
• Follow up with service providers to confirm order completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor service quality.
• Escalate complex cases and document customer feedback.
• Work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or a client‑facing role.
• Experience with app‑based or delivery platforms is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (daily communication primarily in Arabic).
• Strong active listening, problem‑solving and de‑escalation abilities.
• Comfortable using mobile applications and CRM/ticketing systems.
• Ability to work on‑site in Al Asimah on a rotating shift schedule.
• Attention to detail and a collaborative approach with cross‑functional teams.
• Transferable residency (Article 18) required.
