About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team in Ardiya, Kuwait. The role focuses on delivering a high‑quality experience to our customers through multiple communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Resolve delivery complaints and service‑related issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to provide shipment updates.
- Track orders and supply accurate information to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Visa 18 (Ahli) transferable.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum two years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
- Female candidates preferred.
