Customer Service Call Center Representative (Female)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated female Customer Service Representative to join Golden Eagle Travel & Tourism’s call centre in Kuwait. The role involves handling inbound travel‑related enquiries, supporting bookings and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, ticketing and itinerary changes.
• Follow up on reservations and coordinate with the Reservations and Operations teams.
• Utilise airline reservation systems such as Galileo and Amadeus to process requests.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and support daily travel operations.

Required profile

• Egyptian nationality preferred and currently residing in Kuwait.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, fast learning and team‑oriented attitude.
• Fresh candidates with willingness to learn are welcome.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Galileo reservation system.
• Familiarity with Amadeus reservation system.
