Customer Service & Delivery Drivers – Kuwait

About the role

We are seeking professional Customer Service and Delivery Drivers to join our team in Farwaniya, Kuwait. Drivers will operate a range of vehicles, including Toyota Innova, Toyota Fortuner, Toyota Yaris and Box Ace Lite, providing reliable transportation and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned vehicles safely and efficiently on Kuwait roads.
• Deliver goods and transport passengers according to schedule.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service during all interactions.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.
• Adhere to company policies, traffic regulations and safety standards.

Required profile

• Valid Kuwait driving license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 1 year driving experience, preferably with customer‑facing duties.
• Knowledge of Kuwait road networks.
• Eligibility to work in Kuwait (candidates from India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Philippines are accepted).

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating Toyota Innova, Fortuner, Yaris and Box Ace Lite vehicles.
• Strong navigation and road‑knowledge abilities.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
