Customer Service Representative – Credit (Entry Level)

About the role

The Customer Service Representative – Credit provides credit solutions to customers, evaluates their needs, and works closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and credit‑specific KPIs. The role ensures all transactions are accurate, compliant, and delivered within SLA while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process all credit transactions for electronics, furniture and online sales.
• Validate documentation for compliance and authenticity.
• Assess creditworthiness of clients and take steps to ensure payment receipt and debt recovery.
• Ensure accuracy of all calculations.
• Follow up on credit applications, transactions, exceptions and related processes to meet SLA requirements.
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets.
• Maintain company standards for customer satisfaction.
• Sell related Easy Credit products and services.
• Collect credit instalments, down‑payments, early settlements, overdue amounts, legal and late payment charges.
• Issue clearance and deal certificates for normal transactions.
• Perform end‑of‑day transaction batches and cash/K‑Net reconciliation.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience.
• 2‑year diploma in a relevant field.
• Customer‑centric attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bi‑lingual Arabic/English preferred.
