About the role
We are looking for a part‑time Customer Service Representative to assist the public with tax inquiries and payments. The role involves direct interaction with customers, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in determining taxes due and accept in‑person tax payments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve public inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain and reconcile a cash drawer.
- Establish and maintain a variety of files and records.
- Perform duties with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Carry out related tasks as assigned.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Good communication skills for dealing with the public.
