Delivery Supervisor – Operations Team

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Delivery Supervisor to join our growing operations team. You will be responsible for overseeing daily delivery activities, ensuring timely and efficient service across our food, grocery, and restaurant delivery segments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a fleet of drivers, coordinating routes and schedules.
• Monitor delivery performance, address issues, and implement improvements.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety standards.
• Prepare daily operational reports and communicate updates to senior management.
• Provide on‑site support during peak periods and resolve operational challenges promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the delivery or logistics industry.
• Valid Kuwait driving licence (Visa 18 – transferable only).
• Own vehicle (car) and ability to travel as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Responsibility and reliability in a fast‑paced environment.
