About the role
We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to lead the Vegetable Section in our central kitchen. The role focuses exclusively on vegetable preparation, ensuring high quality and efficient service to all kitchen stations.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the Vegetable Section.
- Receive, inspect, and store vegetables to maintain freshness.
- Clean, peel, cut, chop and prepare vegetables according to kitchen specifications.
- Distribute prepared vegetables to the appropriate kitchen sections.
- Maintain hygiene standards and minimize waste.
Required profile
- Previous experience in vegetable preparation is mandatory.
- Excellent knife skills.
- Strong knowledge of vegetable handling, cutting techniques, hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced central kitchen or catering environment.
- Currently residing in Kuwait with a transferable Visa 18.
