Dental Nurse – Full‑time, On‑site in Kuwait

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, on‑site Nurse to join Doctor Smile Dental Center in Kuwait. The Nurse will work closely with dentists and specialists, ensuring smooth clinical operations and high‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms and organize dental instruments for procedures.
• Assist dentists chairside, handling instruments safely and supporting clinical tasks.
• Take and record patients’ vital signs and update electronic patient records.
• Apply infection‑control and sterilization protocols consistently.
• Educate patients on post‑treatment care, oral hygiene and follow‑up instructions.
• Manage appointment flow, monitor supplies and coordinate with clinical and administrative teams.
• Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and clinic policies.

Required profile

• Relevant nursing qualification (diploma or degree) with a valid Kuwait nursing license or eligibility for licensing.
• Proven clinical nursing experience, preferably in dental or outpatient settings.
• Strong communication skills, patient‑centered attitude and cultural sensitivity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification.
• Chairside assistance and safe instrument handling.
• Electronic medical/dental record software proficiency.
• Basic computer systems operation.
