About the role
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing metal fabrication team in Shuwaikh, Kuwait. The role focuses on creating detailed fabrication and shop drawings, developing 3D models, and ensuring seamless coordination with production and project teams.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed fabrication and shop drawings.
- Develop 3D models using SolidWorks.
- Generate manufacturing drawings for production.
- Coordinate with factory, estimation, production, and project teams.
- Revise drawings based on client and production requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
- Experience in stainless steel and metal fabrication (preferred).
- Ability to prepare fabrication/shop drawings and production details.
- Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication, welding, and manufacturing processes.
