DevSecOps Engineer – OpenShift & CI/CD Security (Banking)

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to join our team supporting banking clients in Kuwait. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing secure CI/CD pipelines while embedding security controls throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, BitBucket or Tekton.
• Integrate automated security testing (SAST, DAST, SCA, MAST, container and infrastructure scanning) into build and deployment workflows.
• Design, administer and ensure high‑availability of OpenShift clusters, supporting multi‑environment deployments.
• Manage Docker‑based workloads and orchestrate them with OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Evaluate, implement and maintain DevSecOps toolchains, including Prisma Cloud, HashiCorp Vault and compliance reporting.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Ansible or similar IaC tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience in DevOps/DevSecOps roles, preferably in the banking sector.
• Strong hands‑on experience with OpenShift platform administration.
• Solid understanding of security best practices, frameworks and compliance standards such as ISO, NIST or OWASP.
