Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Rullart is seeking a creative and performance‑driven Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist to lead its online presence in Kuwait. The role focuses on building engaging content, managing paid campaigns, and turning social interactions into measurable sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Rullart’s Instagram and TikTok accounts, creating and executing weekly and monthly content plans.
• Develop concepts for Reels, Stories, Posts, and campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
• Write compelling Arabic and English captions and copy.
• Plan, launch, and optimise Meta advertising campaigns, monitoring ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversions and sales.
• Analyse social media insights to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with photographers and designers to produce high‑quality, on‑brand visual assets.
• Coordinate digital campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions and special events.
• Manage influencer and blogger collaborations.
• Track competitors, market trends and emerging social media opportunities.
• Drive qualified traffic to the website and support online sales growth.
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management, preferably in retail, fashion, lifestyle, gifts or e‑commerce.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok algorithms and content strategies.
• Good understanding of e‑commerce and conversion‑driven marketing.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual content and branding.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and deliver measurable results.
