Digital Media Specialist

About the role

The Digital Media Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position in Kuwait City responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital media campaigns across multiple platforms while ensuring brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid media campaigns on digital and social advertising platforms.
• Monitor performance analytics, track campaign KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Recommend data‑driven improvements to enhance reach, engagement and conversion.

Required profile

• Strong skills in planning, strategy and digital & social media advertising platforms.
• Experience with analytics and reporting, using platform insights and performance dashboards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous agency or regional digital marketing experience preferred.
