About the role
Foreground is partnering with a leading food & beverage group in Kuwait to appoint a Director of Retail Expansion. The role will shape the brand’s growth strategy, identify new market opportunities, and oversee the rollout of new outlets across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall retail expansion strategy.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and site locations.
- Oversee the rollout of new outlets, ensuring operational rigour.
- Conduct commercial modelling and brand positioning analysis.
Required profile
- Deep experience in retail development, franchising, or F&B expansion.
- Strong skills in market analysis, site selection, commercial modelling, and brand positioning.
- Excellent collaboration, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Forward‑thinking mindset with a track record of scaling consumer‑facing brands.
