Director of Visual Merchandising

About the role

The Director of Visual Merchandising will lead and inspire our visual merchandising team across the region, shaping the in‑store experience for our elegant women’s fashion brand. Based in Salmiya, Kuwait, you will drive the visual identity of new store openings and refurbishments, ensuring alignment with the evolving brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop regional and in‑store visual merchandising managers.
• Plan and execute visual merchandising concepts for new stores and refurbishments.
• Ensure all visual concepts reflect the group’s brand identity and commercial goals.
• Source, negotiate and manage suppliers for props, fixtures and materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years progressive retail visual merchandising experience.
• At least 4 years in a Director or C‑level leadership role.
• Strong commercial portfolio demonstrating visual impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in SketchUp or similar 3D design tools.
