Driver Trainer

About the role

Snoonu is looking for a Driver Trainer to onboard and coach a diverse fleet of drivers across Kuwait. You will turn first‑day nerves into confident on‑road performance, with a special focus on supporting the African driver segment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and induction training for every new driver joining the fleet.
• Teach drivers how to use the Driver App for journeys, pickups, deliveries, and customer interactions.
• Explain operational essentials such as attendance, shifts, zones, uniform, equipment and compliance.
• Run practical assessments before drivers operate solo.
• Deliver refresher and corrective training based on performance data.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching using operational and quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Quality and Supply teams to identify recurring issues and create training solutions.
• Maintain accurate training records, assessments and reports.

Required profile

• Experience in training, logistics, last‑mile delivery, fleet or field operations.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, able to simplify technical processes.
• Natural coaching instinct – patient, clear and invested in driver improvement.
• Solid English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Comfortable working hands‑on with a large, culturally diverse driver community.
