About the role

Join the frontier of energy innovation through our Early Careers – Field Operations program. You will gain hands‑on experience on‑site, supporting well development and delivering technical solutions while working alongside engineers and specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field operations, operate equipment and ensure wellsite performance.
• Manage field activities including engineering design, maintenance, job planning and operational reporting.
• Learn the well construction process and support engineers with risk analysis and data acquisition.
• Lead or assist a crew, prepare wellsite reports and conduct post‑job debriefings.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives across the business.

Required profile

• Minimum degree or relevant experience in a technical field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Quick learner with logical problem‑solving ability.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and evidence of leadership or teamwork.

Required skills

• Wellsite operations and equipment operation.
• Formation evaluation log creation.
• Cuttings analysis for rock type and hydrocarbon presence.
• Sensor maintenance and well‑parameter monitoring.
• Risk analysis and reporting.
