Electrical Construction Supervisor

About the role

The Electrical Construction Supervisor will lead and coordinate electrical construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day electrical construction work on site.
• Verify that all work complies with engineering specifications and regulatory approvals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams to maintain project schedules.
• Monitor progress and report any deviations to senior management.

Required profile

• Either a three‑year Diploma in Engineering with at least eight years of relevant experience, or a four‑year Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a minimum of five years of experience.
• Experience must be specifically in the electrical construction field.
• Fluent English – ability to read, write and speak.
• Verification of experience through approval certificates or similar evidence.
• K‑Company approvals are preferred.
• Experience in substation projects is an added advantage.
