About the role

The EMT Basic will support emergency fire and medical calls for V2X's fire department in Kuwait, providing on‑scene care and transport to hospitals.

Key responsibilities

Respond to fire, medical and related emergency calls, assess patients, obtain medical history and provide emergency care.
Use medical equipment to evaluate injuries or illness and communicate patient status to paramedics and the Medical Officer.
Educate staff and the public on fire safety and prevention.
Maintain readiness for emergency response and perform general fire department activities.

Required profile

Nationally registered EMT‑Basic with CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications.
Minimum 2 years experience in an emergency health‑care setting and on an ambulance.
Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
Ability to work shifts including days, swings and midnight shifts and lift at least 100 lb.
