Events Operation Manager (Female)

About the role

The Grand Hyatt Kuwait City is seeking an Events Operation Manager to lead and motivate its event service team. This position focuses on delivering high‑quality events across a flexible 6,000 sqm space, both inside and outside the hotel, while supporting the hotel’s operational strategies and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the event service team to ensure seamless execution of all event types.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of weddings, conferences, and other events, ensuring adherence to quality and detail standards.
• Coordinate with hotel departments to align event operations with overall hotel strategies.
• Manage the 6,000 sqm event space, optimizing layout and resources for each function.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven operational leadership experience, especially in wedding events.
• Exceptional eye for detail and a passion for quality.
• Strong leadership qualities with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
