Experienced AutoCAD Draftsman – Interior Fit‑Out & Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman to join our Kuwait office, supporting interior fit‑out and construction projects across the GCC. The role involves producing accurate drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring design intent is translated into buildable documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review and coordinate architectural, interior fit‑out, MEP, civil and construction drawings.
• Develop detailed shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and finishing details for joinery, ceilings, flooring, partitions and other interior elements.
• Produce coordination drawings that integrate inputs from architects, engineers, consultants and subcontractors.
• Support authority, consultant and client submission packages as required.
• Maintain drawing standards, version control and ensure timely delivery of drawing sets.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in interior fit‑out, finishing and construction projects.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil and MEP drawings.
• Proven track record of producing accurate shop drawings and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail‑oriented, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Working knowledge of 3D tools such as SketchUp and Revit (advantageous).
• Technical drawing and shop‑drawing preparation.
