Key responsibilities

• Be the ultimate champion of customer service standards in line with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and enable an exceptional experience.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets using creative approaches while keeping the customer in mind.
• Utilise thorough product knowledge to up‑sell and cross‑sell, contributing to enhanced sales performance.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness and replenishment.
• Comply with store security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Apply advanced selling skills to generate high‑value transactions and foster repeat business.
• Recommend, locate or obtain merchandise from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands when not available in‑store.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of industry experience in retail or fashion.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
